October 2, 200718 yr http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3045272 Preliminary reports are coming out that he may be found guilty. NEW YORK -- A jury indicated Monday that it believes New York Knicks coach Isiah Thomas and Madison Square Garden committed sexual harassment against a former team executive. There was no official verdict, but the wording of a note to the judge by jurors makes it clear they have reached decisions on the key points of the $10 million lawsuit that has turned into a public relations disaster for the franchise. Jurors reached a decision on eight of nine questions on the jury form. They were deadlocked on the one question, which asks whether Thomas should pay punitive damages. That question only becomes relevant if the jury of four women and three men first determines Thomas and Madison Square Garden committed harassment against Anucha Browne Sanders. Im actually surprised at this decision. Not that i didnt think he did it, but I am surprised that MSG and Thomas werent able to sway the jury, they put on quite a smear campaign on this lady
October 2, 200718 yr He's always been fraud. Never as innocent as he's looked through the years. You read some of the testimony and wonder why a team willing to throw millions at players that play about as well as I do, wouldn't just quietly settle this out of court to avoid even more embarrassment. I guess that's why they're the Knicks.
October 2, 200718 yr I just can't figure out how he keeps getting jobs, and they keep getting better. Perhaps this is the end of the road for him.
October 2, 200718 yr Was I the only one stunned that he was found guilty. I'm not going to say Isiah didn't do it, but from everything I heard she sounded like a horrible worker that deserved to get fired. I'm not saying she deserved the other stuff though (ie what Thomas did).
October 3, 200718 yr this is going to be appealed.... should be interesting to see if she gets anything.

I'm not saying she deserved the other stuff though (ie what Thomas did). I kind of felt the same thing with everything I had heard about the trial; although Dolan not consulting with counsel before he fired her was pretty dumb though
