October 13, 200718 yr That 2nd inning from Jimenez, WOW. He is flat out going to be a stud if he can stay healthy. Reminds me of Bobby Jenks as a starter.
October 13, 200718 yr Oh my God, after Willy T. caught the second out in the bottom of the fourth, the Diamondbacks were playing Eminem's Mosh. "What you interpret it as/ I say (take?) [sic] the fight we gonna whip someone's ass." It was bizarre. And, I think, somewhat inappropriate.
October 13, 200718 yr I never thought I'd be more interested in the NLCS than the ALCS. I just love those Rockies.
October 13, 200718 yr the Rockies only had 68 errors this year? That would've been what Andy Gonzalez would've had if he played 3rd base all year long.
October 13, 200718 yr With Young up, stealing, one out, bottom of the ninth, this should be interesting.
October 13, 200718 yr Very dumb by Drew. He didn't look at the ump nor Tulowitzki at any time after his slide. A quick look at either a safe call or an argument and he's standing on 2nd with one out.
October 13, 200718 yr Should of yanked Valverde earlier. Was quite easy to tell he was losing control of his pitches.
October 13, 200718 yr QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Oct 12, 2007 -> 11:56 PM) Should of yanked Valverde earlier. Was quite easy to tell he was losing control of his pitches. The whole world knew it except for the person who needed too. Not sure why he is actually being considered for Manager of year.
October 13, 200718 yr QUOTE(BHAMBARONS @ Oct 13, 2007 -> 02:46 AM) The whole world knew it except for the person who needed too. Not sure why he is actually being considered for Manager of year. IMO his biggest mistake was not bunting with Upton in the 8th.
October 15, 200718 yr The Rockies (so far of course) are making our 1 loss in the postseason look like nothing.
October 15, 200718 yr QUOTE(WilliamTell @ Oct 14, 2007 -> 10:45 PM) it's all about getting hot at the right time. Which is just one reason why I'm not the biggest fan of the wild card. I've been impressed with the Rockies, but I still think whoever comes out of the AL wins the world series. The Diamondbacks just aren't a very good team. I still think they should start Owings tomorrow, one reason being he is their best hitter (no green, im serious).
October 15, 200718 yr This Rockies team is very, very, very very good. They're not just 'hot' like, say, the Cardinals were hot. They're good. They're for real.
October 15, 200718 yr QUOTE(Gregory Pratt @ Oct 14, 2007 -> 10:52 PM) This Rockies team is very, very, very very good. They're not just 'hot' like, say, the Cardinals were hot. They're good. They're for real. They're good, but part of that is the competition they are up against. They wouldn't look near this good in the AL (well they wouldn't have even made the playoffs in the AL). They are a lot better than the 2006 Cards.
