January 14, 200818 yr QUOTE(knightni @ Jan 13, 2008 -> 07:03 PM) Anyone have thoughts on the movie? I sure do. I really thought for some reason that it was going to be a fake monster, like something someone was imagining or something. But i've seen a picture of the "monster" from the movie, so who knows.

January 14, 200818 yr Author Well, this is a teaser site for the plot. http://www.slusho.jp/ I can elaborate after you've looked it over.
January 14, 200818 yr Yeah, I've looked at the site before, and I just did again. I still have no clue whatsoever. I actually think the moster is just going to end up being the giant baby from Honey, I Blew Up The Kid. Your thoughts?
January 14, 200818 yr Author The drilling company that locates the mystery substance called 'Seabed's Nectar' is called Tagruato. Supposedly it made the founder grow overnight. "From small fish to enormous whale!" Tagruato is an anagram (JJ Abrams favorite) for: A Tortuga Stand back away from your computer and look at the cloud formation in the poster. See it? Seabed's Nectar contains a substance that requires it to remain icy cold to be useful. What would happen when something 98.6 degrees would swallow it? Why I bet something not pretty involving a smilar result to Alien number one.
January 14, 200818 yr What's in the cloud? I've never been able to do those hidden picture things, either.
January 14, 200818 yr Author By the way: http://www.slashfilm.com/wp/wp-content/ima...verfieldbb3.jpg Look who's bleeding from the mouth and nose. Maybe they swallowed something bad hmmm?

Granted it's just a toy version, but this is what it supposedly looks like.
January 14, 200818 yr Author Yep. That's a turtle. Someone at another site I frequent disproved that model as a fake tho, mhizzle.
January 14, 200818 yr Author The Ain't It Cool News guy Harry Knowles really liked the early screening he saw. A lot. http://www.aintitcool.com/node/35236

January 14, 200818 yr QUOTE(Steve9347 @ Jan 14, 2008 -> 09:22 AM) Congratulations! You've just been marketed! Yah, I for one am proud to admit to being a sucker.
January 14, 200818 yr "I couldn't help it... it just popped in there." "WHAT? What just popped in there? What did you do, Ray?" "It's the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man."
January 14, 200818 yr I dont mind all of this marketing deception though. At least it creates a buzz about the movie and makes me interested in it, as opposed to knowing the entire plot and what the bad guy looks like before I walk in the theater. And watching internet guys break down the 5 milliseconds of the trailer where the monster destroys a building in the background is pretty cool too, there are a lot of different ideas based on a small smoky frame between buildings
