With Carlos Vasquez gone that clears a spot on the 40

Nice. Clears the way for us to trade for Crede and Rowand once we trade Crede. These black letters are green.

Poor Haeger. He officially must not be any good.

Just to add clarification on Vasquez, apparently he requested the release.

Exactly what I thought. Good move for everyone involved.

Jack Egbert and Adam Russell were optioned to AAA.

Cole Armstrong optioned to AA.

36 left in camp.

Oooh! I've got a great idea for an elimination reality show!

"Average Joe: Spring Training"

40 guys between the ages of 18 and 35 compete to see who the best player is.

The winner gets a minor league deal with some club's rookie league team or a spot on an independent league team's roster.

The White Sox optioned left-handed reliever Andrew Sisco and catcher Donny Lucy to Triple-A Charlotte and reassigned infielder Brad Eldred and veteran right-hander Tomo Ohka to their minor league camp.

The moves leave Chicago with 32 players in camp -- 14 pitchers, three catchers, nine infielders and six outfielders.

Don't think I saw this posted anywhere. If someone else did...je suis desole.
