SN Report: Ordonez Wins AL Player of the Week

SN Report #341 - By Mario Scalise - September 23rd, 2002 - www.soxnet.net

 

White Sox right fielder Magglio Ordonez was named AL Player of the Week on Monday for the third time this season. He is the first player this season to win the award three times. Ordonez batted .429 with four homers in the week.

 

Ordonez, 28, is batting .320 on the season with 36 home runs, 128 runs batted in, to go with a slugging percentage of .591.

thats our future hall of famer there...go maggs...atta boy....he has been one of the most consistantly better performers we have.... like a fine wine he gets better with age.....:D

lol frank the man??? roman what have you been smokin.. we all need a hit so we see what your seeing...........the frank i saw over the weekend couldnt hit himself out of a wet paper bag with the bottom already cut off.......
