Man, this is gonna be a tough year for the Cy Young. So many contenders! We've seen like, what, 6 in a row now?

Haha, well said!

Have the Sox even hit a ball to the opposite field today? This is embarrassing.

haha does that count?

Don't worry, we have a 1/2/3 next inning that's hitting about .550 this season (combined).

I love having one hitter in our lineup batting over .260.

Dang, nice AB by Alexei. Too bad it ended with a pop up. Maybe next inning Uribe and Hall will go back to back....with triples.

Teams would probably play all of their infielders and outfielders in LF against us, except for the fact that you have to record the out at first base.

Walk thinks this is lob league and right field is out.

I'll take a one-hitter. As long as we win it. :bringit

I've wanted Greg Walker fired since 2006. I can't remember the last time we went to the opposite field with any consistency.

So, I hope John is getting a standing ovation right now.

Yeah, it was very loud though seeing as the park is pretty empty looking.

where was that 0-1 pitch at?

We did in game one versus CC in Cleveland. And then we stopped, and went into lift and pull mode.

Notice something though, we keep bringing people in from outside the organization and their BA kind of all look the same. You can discount Quentin because he is basically a rookie.

an average throw gets him there

And now Uribe forgets to cover 2nd base. Terrible throw by Hall though....another player who shouldn't be in the majors.
