just a random baseball thought...how many players in the AL off the top of your head are MVP candidates? doesnt feel like theres been a ton of dominant guys so far this year....manny i guess...quentin lol

 

look at the NL though...chipper, berkman, mclouth, webb, dlee, utley, pujols, burrell, han ram

 

all those guys have high averages and a bunch of HR, most of the AL HR leaders have really low averages

 

wonder if it has to do with overall depth of the pitching in the NL

IMO the NL is the better league this year, at least that's how it's looking so far.
