he batted at least once before in 2nd when Toby was catching. They have some options, either him or Swisher. Swisher is starting to hit better, but Alexei has been redhot

it's probably not the best thing to judge this type of thing on, but I've watched a few of John Danks games on the internet, and his pitches have been consistently down in the zone or out of the zone, but today he seems to be pitching up more.

I am lazy and too busy to look... how many SPs in the AL have a ERA better than Danks?

One of them is Contreras, I know... but the reason I ask that is because I'm a little surprised there's not been more All-Star buzz about him. It's not like he came otu of nowhere - he was a first round pick, after all.
