White Sox @ Cubs

Featured Replies

note - if it wasnt the Cubs but some other team that was the best in baseball, we'd probably be extracting some positives

until today the offense kept being better than it had been previously

Danks continues to be tough

first game coulda gone either way, OC's near homer, etc

Again, if it wasnt the Cubs, infuriation wouldnt set in as easily

How's our strength of schedule after the ASB? I know we've played the Angels a lot, but we still have a lot of games against Boston. On the other hand, we have a ton of games against the Royals.

Please don't put Vazquez out there....he's thrown enough pitches over the course of the game right over the plate as it is.

Fixed.

We're going to lose our 9th straight road games....there's nothing positive about this weekend.

I know the 2 series's leading up to the ASB are @ KC and @ TEX, and I know the 2 series's following the ASB are KC and TEX. Then I think we go to MIN then DET (or is that vice versa).

I noticed that 7 game trip at Twins/Tigers. That could be the make or break point of the season.

I think if we can split the Twins series and win 2 in DET, we'll be fine. If we play like we did these past 3 games, we'll be lucky to win 1 game during that span of 7.

Quick inning.

Now score six runs offense. Have some pride.

My mental health would be so much better if baseball didn't exist.

Wow these guys have rolled over and died......

a runner on 2nd, so do they line into a DP?

we'll struggle to score in LA.

pitcher's park. not a lot of homers.

west coast, where we have struggled against good teams.

next week could be really grim.

as for Ramirez, I agree.

Either pitch him differently or knock his fat ass off the plate.

for all the s*** Walker takes, Coop needs to answer about the problem with Ramirez.

I find it hard to think we'll score even now.

It'll be moments like this which will irritate me more than anything.

You have a runner on second with 0 outs You can score a f***ing run without even getting a hit. Just execute properly.

This team is dead...

I thought Swisher was supposed to hustle like there was no tomorrow?

I seriously can't wait till the Cubs roll over and die in the playoffs so I can beat Cubs fans down.

I know, but we need more than one run. We need a bunch.

Where was this Friday and yesterday? Now that's baseball.

Yay Yay. A run.

Yay, a run.

Nice, Crede gets away from pulling it and knocks in a run. Too bad Derosa flat out robbed Swisher or we'd have two on. Either way, lets get a few right here.

Okay, Ramirez gets on, than Thome hits a pinch hit HR.
