Mobile @ B-Ham, 7:05 CT, Poreda (0-2, 5.00 so far after promotion) gets the start Winston-Salem and Salem are scoreless in the 1st. Ely (3-7. 3.94) started. Lexington @ Kanny, scoreless in the 3rd. Rice (5-5, 4.76) starts for Kannapolis. Bristol @ Pulaski, scoreless through 2. Joucer Martinez (1-0, 2.61 in 2 starts) is going for Bristol. whitesoxfan101 Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 (edited) Dale Mollenhauer, the leadoff man and 2B for Kanny who was a 17th round pick last year, is just on fire after a slow start. Up to .297 and hitting .490 the last 10 days (although only a .340 on base to go with it, and he doesn't hit for much power, so he needs to walk more). 3rd baseman Logan Johnson, who was a 20th round pick last year, is also doing well at Kanny (.283/.366/.459/.826).
