July 30, 200817 yr I think both these guys would be a waste of prospects. Get a SP or do nothing. There's really no good RHP relievers available other than maybe Houston Street.

This team isn't winning a playoff series with the team they have now. The SP is inconsistent and shaky lately, the bullpen seems to be faltering, and Konerko won't snap out of his season long funk... sorry it just wont happen. We need another bullpen arm and perhaps another starter pitcher. Oh and it would be nice if the defense steps it up, these last few weeks it has been pretty bad. So if KW doesnt make a move, which is most likely, we'll be lucky to win this division.

Whatever happened to Manny Corpas this season as well (granted I haven't really been keeping an eye on the Rockies much this season, but it seems like they're finally getting it together).
