It's these types of ABs that are killing Danks' chances to get a CG.

Today yes but in general he has too many ABs like that that cause him to last only 6.

God is really pushing his batting average up there these last couple days.

That and the fact that he's 23 years old and they're intelligently trying to limit his innings and pitch counts this season so they don't murder his arm and ruin his career.

That was a nice situation for Miguel Cabrera's liner to be right at Quentin.

Damn, time to take Danks out. Not a very good pitch call by Toby, as he had him set up to get him with an offspeed pitch. Great game by Danks, he did what we needed him to do.

We really need lower pitch counts from him in the 7th inning or so. Still, great performance.

Agreed but Toby called a pretty good game tonight. I did see Danks shake him off a bunch though.
