Official scorers are funny. Crush one Carlos.

Hawk and DJ clearly on top of their games tonight.

Safe to say we're either going to see a 2 run homer, a HBP, or a double play.

This is a SUPER boring game. Guarantee there is an error by Uribe today.

Shades of Jose Valentin?

Mark Ellis hits a routine fly ball to Dye, and Hawk's like "it's trouble!"

The mantra of the A's, Red Sox and Yankees is to make a pitcher work and look for a certain pitch and then simply make contact on a 2 strike pitch.

The mantra of the White Sox is to jump after he first pitch close.

4 pitch walk, let's do some damage with 2 on, 1 out.

or a walk

Hawk, if the heart and soul of baseball is scouting, then why don't you tell KW that he needs better scouts.

Dear Jeff Cox...please don't challenge the arm of Gonzalez in CF (just a word of warning)

Are we hearing let's go White Sox chants ?

Yup.

The legless dog banter still was tops.

These hitters continue to chase that change-up that's way off the plate.

You say that like it is something new?

I was just lookin at Cabrera and how he hangs around the .270 mark.. I was wondering how is he doing since May or June 1st till today.

PK makes a play to his left!!

You can find his splits for each month...just subtract his April stats.

If you go to Baseball-Reference.com and click on the game logs, there's a function that allows you to do that by clicking on the start date and the end date over which you want to compile your data.

The Sox are lucky that Braden threw fastballs in the first inning, because now he's spotting the changeup low and away, and every time that a left handed pitcher does that from the first inning on, they shut out the Sox.
