What's with all these old White Sox players hurting themselves on basic movements? Contreras, Konerko. Quentin, to an extent. And we all know Griffey can't run hard or else he'll do it to himself.

That just terrifies me. As crazy as it sounds, losing so much offense, I think we should just try to have the best defensive team out there we can.
