I'd like an iPod, because mine got stolen a while back, so that'd be nice. The new Guitar Hero would be cool, and then some miscellaneous DVD's and White Sox gear.

Won't get it all, obviously, but just some of the things I said I'd like... I try to make it as easy as possible for my family, so I don't end up getting something I'll never use.

Ranger, I got my gf to get me that Bulls banner and last night I used a 25% off coupon to get the Nellie Fox 1959 jersey. I should've bought it at at 40% off at M&N.com when I was getting my Dad's jersey, but I couldn't wait for the sale to come around again

I want a pinball machine, but that is a little out of our budget, for now. So instead, I listed a palm sander and some books. I don't need much.

I've been having a hard time answering when asked what I want.

I haven't really seen much out there that I really want, all I really want are bigger-ticket items (flat screen TV, s*** like that) and that's not coming for Christmas.

I'm expecting to get gift cards, which is fine by me.

Ranger, are you actually expecting to get all of those things, or is that just a list of things you've told people you want?

 

I just tell people not to get me anything, but knowing that they will anyway, it will probably be all gift cards and money (which is good).

Wow that is a really nice case and would go perfectly with all the WS balls I've collected over the years at Soxfest. Do you know where these are available?

Well, THAT's not as funny.

 

Hmmm, well I usually only get two or three gifts for christmas each year, plus cash.

 

So this year, I decided to save up 50 bucks from each paycheck since August for a gift for myself: three authentic White Sox jerseys with my last name (Henry) and my number, 48, on it. I'm getting one of each, the black jersey, the white one, and the grey one. I also just got email confirmation that it was shipped and that they should arrive by the 23rd. I can't wait. :-D I also got them all for 20% or 25% off when the MLB shop site had a promotion on the 8th of December, so I saved about $125 bucks or so.

 

Yea, hopefully I'll get some cash again for Christmas so I can pass the expense along as if it was a gift from my relatives, instead.

Can't really think of much I want for christmas this year.

 

I'm sure i'll get cash + gift cards. I guess the only thing I really want would be a wool pea coat.

I'd like a new guitar, but that'll probably have to come out of my own pocket.

 

Besides, I enjoy buying other people gifts much more than I do recieving them.

First of all, this is phenomenal news. The privatization of clubs will hopefully bring in new owners who will give a s*** and improve the clubs, keeping some of the young talent, though all the best talent will eventually move on to the big European clubs (Vidic, Zigic, Ivanovic, Stankovic, etc.). Second of all, f*** Partizan. It's all about Crvena Zvezda.
