I was apparently in a coma when DeRosa had a HOF career or won a world series with the Cubs, the hack fans are treating him like he's Griffey coming back to Seattle. Oh well, it's funny because it's a gigantic FU to Hendry

cubs version of Rowand

Also the Pedro talk is in regard to Harden, I think there is something there and he is not long for staying in the rotation.

Looks like that win yesterday didn't turn the Cubs around.

And I thought the Indians would be the team that would make the Cubs hit again. Guess not, for now.

LOL

YAY DE-RO!

They are facing the best Cleveland has in C. Lee. The next two days they face the immortal Tomo Ohka & Jeremy Sowers, not to mention their putrid bullpen, so if theres gonna be a time to start hitting, it would be this weekend.

LOL at Cliff Lee's reaction to Derrick Lee's HR, it was totally wind blown and C Lee threw his arms up and rolled his eyes.

Lee's at 90+ pitches and the wind is blowing out, with the Tribe pen, this could get interesting at 7-2

Seems like Indians are just waiting for the Cubs to get back into this game.

Is that Forte in the booth?

yes

Oh boy, time for the awful Indians pen.

They're loaded.

This looks like an awful lot like yesterday (the situation that is)

yes

I thought he was a Sox fan.

And the tying run to the plate on a broken bat flare. This is ridiculous.

Man, we totally jump-started their season.

Sure seem a hell of a lot more confident in their ability to come back in a game now. Even their fans were into it in the 8th, something they hadn't been before yesterday.

They should have just kept Lee in the game.

Oh wow. Rafael Perez? Really Eric Wedge?

I forsee this game getting tied.

And a fielding error very similar to Getz's yesterday. This is just awful. Cubs about to have the lead.

Infield single? Wow.

Here comes the 3 run blast on a routine fly ball to center from Soriano.

Soriano will get out here.

and Wood will close it down in the 9th.

Well f*** me sideways.

And it's 7-6, Cubs still batting. I have no idea what Wedge is doing.

7-6 2 outs runners on 1st and 3rd... that BP is a complete joke

Cubs at home are the greatest 8th inning team ever. Even before yesterday, they seem to just destroy teams in the 8th inning at Wrigley. It's been that way for a few years now.

Does Eric Wedge think Wood is incapable of getting 4 outs?

Seriously, if there was ever a pitcher designed to get Soriano out, it's Wood.
