Fields blew an easy chance last night. How can anyone say he would have handled anything today flawlessly? They are giving him a break in the field. Betemit has to play sometime, although batting RH has never been his specialty. I think most so down on him now will change their minds by July.

Leadoff single for Paulie, keep it going AJ.

Floyd with a quality start - 6 IP, 3ER - though he did it the ugly way. But a quality start against a club that was hitting well, should be good enough. Just need the offense to step up.

If Betemit is out of position at 3B at USCF, it shouldn't be too hard for someone in the White Sox dugout to get his attention. Do coaches have a function in baseball or are they just there to take up space.
