Id rather watch this team lose with prospects over Pods, Lillibridge, Contreras etc etc.

If we are going to put Pods in RF with s***ty defense wouldn't we be better with Barry Bonds signed to a cheap contract, he can at least hit and draw some walks, would at least make it amusing and not in a look at how bad Pods is amusing. And he is a backup to Thome at DH.

Yep, he's the worst starter in baseball and one of the most overmatched players I've had the chance to see get more than a handful of at bats. Aren't "grinders" supposed to handle the bat well?
