Seafood/Fish has become my favorite dish.

Any preferred fish? I love trout, catfish, halibut, and cod.

I'll take a large, bloody hunk of cow.

In order of preference:

Beef

Pork (love ribs and chops, can take or leave ham and bacon)

Chicken

Seafood

Turkey

 

Broccoli is a nice side dish with any of the above meats.

 

I won't eat tofu (tried it once......once.) and I don't get the chance to eat wild game very often.

I did like buffalo, shark, wild boar and alligator when I ate them, but I wouldn't eat them regularly.

Nothing like frying up fresh fish that you caught earlier that day. I love trout.

One of our fishing groups last year caught a few tuna while trolling offshore. Two hours later, after a light dunking in soy sauce, they were being cooked medium rare on my very hot mesquite charcoal grill.
