Any suggestions for a really cool haunted house to go to in or around the Chicago area? I wanna take this girl to one that is impressive and not some lame boring costume fest.

I haven't been to it, but I've heard that the Stateville Haunted Prison at Siegel's on Weber Rd. is good.

I've worked that one in the past and it seems to be one of the better ones around.

The Statesville one seems the coolest but it so god damn far. I think I might have to settle for one that is north on Grand Ave.

The Bartman/Alou room freaks me out. It's all guys dressed in Cub hats and circa 1984 Walkman headphones and guys peeing on their hands.

We winded up going to The Chronicles Of Hades on Grand Ave off of Halsted. It was really lame but big. I look for more of a fun house mixed in with scary things adn this place was just a costume fest for struggling actors.
