I always wondered what you liked so much about this health care system.

um, one of the reasons I like this, is that while I'm very confident of us keeping track of our own nukes, Russia hasn't really been that on top of things. SO yeah, we can bomb the world over, but i'm glad less nukes can be "lost track of."

Mr. President, I'm not saying we wouldn't get our hair mussed. But I do say... no more than ten to twenty million killed, tops. Uh... depended on the breaks.

 

But, really, we've got enough warheads floating around in the oceans to decimate a good chunk of Russia. And I'm sure they've the same. The "first strike" theory hasn't really been all the applicable since the 60's -- it's always been MAD because you just won't be able to take out enough of the capacity.

Yea but things get way too chaotic to coordinate attacks enough to really wipe out either country completely. I'm pretty sure a lot of the nuclear subs will go completely dark once the bombs start flying, nobody will know what has already been hit and what hasn't.
