April 13, 201015 yr Really underrated and always a favorite of mine is Oh's, they keep their crunch after sitting in milk for hours (by hours I mean minutes)
April 13, 201015 yr I always hated Captain Crunch as a kid. It seemed like it had some weird residue on it. Possibly petroleum.
April 13, 201015 yr QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 13, 2010 -> 04:39 PM) I always hated Captain Crunch as a kid. It seemed like it had some weird residue on it. Possibly petroleum. That was just from you sweating.
April 13, 201015 yr QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 13, 2010 -> 04:39 PM) I always hated Captain Crunch as a kid. It seemed like it had some weird residue on it. Possibly petroleum. Really? Back when I ate crappy all the time, Captain Crunch and me were like crossed fingers.
April 13, 201015 yr QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 13, 2010 -> 03:57 PM) That was just from you sweating. Well I did work up a sweat from chewing on those granules of limestone or whatever that crap was made of.
April 13, 201015 yr QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 13, 2010 -> 05:10 PM) Well I did work up a sweat from chewing on those granules of limestone or whatever that crap was made of. At least it was a solid antacid then.
April 13, 201015 yr QUOTE (MattZakrowski @ Apr 13, 2010 -> 03:59 PM) Really? Back when I ate crappy all the time, Captain Crunch and me were like crossed fingers. Captain Crunch is the tits. By far my favorite cereal growing up. (still love it as much now)
April 14, 201015 yr QUOTE (CanOfCorn @ Apr 9, 2010 -> 02:27 PM) That's WAAAAY too much work for a bowl of cereal. 1) Pour cereal in bowl. 2) Pour milk in bowl (or Old Style). 3) Eat cereal and milk. 4) Enjoy! QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 9, 2010 -> 02:27 PM) Eating milk sounds difficult. Not really! If you leave it in the fridge until it's about 2 weeks past the expiration date, it gets "nice and chunky!!!"
April 14, 201015 yr About once a year I go and buy a box of some kind of sugar bombs. Its usually either Peanut Butter Crunch or Fruity Pebbles. Then I remember its only tasty for like two breakfasts, then its time to go. When I was a kid, I loved this stuff called King Vitamin. Anyone else ever have that? I wonder if it even still exists. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 8, 2010 -> 01:35 PM) I'm an elitist. I buy granola from the bulk section at Whole Foods. I can't stand sugary cereals. Their vanilla almond granola is great.
April 14, 201015 yr QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Apr 10, 2010 -> 10:07 PM) Forget cereal. Give me bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Seeing this thread still around inspired me. Its bacon and eggs day today
