I would say no, unless you invoke a perceived divine agent to intervene on her behalf.

The actual face of the law is meaningless in the face of legislative intent. If they mean for prayer to be religious, then it is unconstitutional. On the other hand, read Elk Grove Unified School Dist. v. Newdow from 2004 about reciting the Pledge. Very interesting stuff.
