I thought of this too

If Dayan sticks around and you can't trade Teahen, he'd essentially make one of Andruw/Kotsay need to be cut if you acquire a power lefty.

They won't keep Dayan around if they pick someone else up.

Adam Dunn would look good in a ChiSox uniform no? This guy might realistically hit 500 HR someday. . . I wonder how the HOF voters will look at him when he retires. Dunn, by all accounts, wasn't a steroid user. . . has had a weird career though.

Yeah.

One of my random conspiracy theory thoughts is that the Sox brought up Viciedo to give a few teams, especially Washington, a look at him for a potential trade.

He was tearing the cover off the ball in AAA. No sense in leaving him there, letting him cool off, and risk reducing his value.

If he does well up here, I could see him dangled in Dunn deal.

That's why I think Andruw is trade bait. Especially with seeing Kotsay in the OF the other day.

seriously freddy? throw some strikes.

Morgan channels his inner-Carlos Quentin

oops, nyjer morgan just dropped an f-bomb right there.

LOL.

You could very clearly hear a Nats fan yell the f-bomb.

Edit: THAT WAS MORGAN?!

Not if he keeps trying to pull that pitch

Tank!

Edit: I greatly enjoy his swing.

Dayan Viciedo has come to play.

Viciedo with a rocket single! He's had more quality at bats than Nix did all season.

Dayan has the best opposite field approach of anyone on this team.

Viciedo :)

I'm sure Walker will adjust it accordingly.

Two great swings by Beckham today!

Today Beckham looks like last year Beckham. Up the middle, line drives.

TANK and Becks back-to-back!

Beckham rising to the competition with Tank.

Freddy has no chance at the plate.

I'm surprised he has made contact.

Freddy has no chance at the plate.

If Gavin Floyd can get a hit off of Strasburg, there's always a chance.

Just not a good one.

Big smile on that kid's face.
