Makes sense. When a 3B doesn't hit for huge power, their ability to play >1 position improves their odds of making a big league roster.

 

 

So....Does Sale come out of the pen once a week now? How do they expect to move him up to AAA in a week+ if he only has 1 inning pitched in the 2 1/2 weeks or so that he has been signed?
