Do you do your Berliner with woodruff syrup or raspberry syrup? As far as tart beers go, most Berliners really aren't that extreme, but I do like the tradition of adding a bit of sweet syrup. One of my favorite beer styles that I don't get a chance to enjoy nearly as much as I'd like.

There is a good brewery (the bruery)in CA that makes a real good one.
