I swear that we run ourselves out of more innings than anyone else in baseball. And with a less than dominating starter out there for the O's, why give him any help?? This makes no sense to me...at all....

Yeah, I don't want to ever see this lineup again when facing a RHP. It's bad when Kotsay is probably the most dangerous hitter in your lineup against this particular pitcher.

Our offense has been great but isn't great. CQ maddeningly streaky. Rios has turned into a singles hitter, XBH potential sapped for months. PK obviously great, but you cant even really say we have a solid 3-4-5....

 

They've been picked up by our IFs improving offensively

Not bad. His footwork is still scary, but if he gets a glove on it, he has a laser for an arm.

Doesn't matter when the guy you're facing sucks. He's given up 130 hits in 95 innings.. !!!! His WHIP was 1.65 coming into tonight.. wow.

I'd like to leave Danks in to turn around Wieters and vs. the lefty Pie, but we'll see what Ozzie does given the pitch count.

 

To all who thought Bobby's blown save was meaningless because we won yesterday, the fact that Santos pitched 2 innings yesterday as a result may well cost us today - Look for Pena in a Sergio situation.
