Sox @ Orioles - Floyd vs. Millwood

Vizquel managed to make Millwood throw 13 pitches that isn't a bad ab, it's a bad result after a great ab.

If his objective was to make Millwood throw 13 pitches, then I would agree. But he needed to at the minimum get Pierre to second. He failed miserably. He gave away a strike on that check swing foul tip and popped out in foul territory.

Twins already with the lead...Sox offense needs to wake up. Very lethargic swings. The paper said today that Rios is dealing with a bad wrist, and it's obvious by watching him bat that his bat speed is suffering.

I love watching Vizquel's old ass go get it like that

OMAR!

Gavin is looking like Chris Sale out there. :P

O's announcers just cited WHIP, I wish more announcers paid attention to more advanced stats. Stuff like WHIP and OPS should be mainstream.

AJP seems very jumpy behind home plate today. Very odd mannerisms for him.

HE GAWN

Anyone know why I can no longer access this website on my internet? The only way I can view this at the moment is because I am using a proxy......

I can't go on without talking White Sox on here!

I remember at an O's game last year talking to this guy behind me while Floyd was pitching, and I started giving him a couple of factoids about Floyd and the guy was like "oh, I know, I caught Gavin in high school." lol. how do you compete with that

ALRIGHT, GAVIN!

Filthy Gavin!

Quentin's back into the mode of chasing pitcher's pitches on the first pitch of the count. He's playing right into the opposition's scouting report.

Kotsay pops out, must be some of that "bad luck"

I wouldn't be mad if he tripled again on his next at-bat.

When Kotsay pops out, he pops out right at someone. These are some hard hit pop-outs.

Trying to bunt a 3-1 pitch with no one on and two outs = DUMB BASEBALL

There's more or less no time where I ever like seeing Alexei bunt.

Pretty nice approach there by AJP. This is the perfect pitcher for Beckham to line a shot down the RF line.

Holy s*** AJ comes through, I thought for sure this inning was over. Let's go Gordon

Haha the announcer said "here comes the #9 hitter, but be thee not fooled"

Bah liner to RF, those are worthless when Markakis is out there

So anyone know why I can't access this site anymore w/o a proxy?

And interesting to note that Teahen is playing RF tonight in Charlotte.

Ugh, nice swing by Beckham, but no results. This offense desperately needs some type of spark. BTW, anyone see that Laroche is destroying the ball again? Shocker, didn't see that coming.

I dunno, one day at work I couldn't access the site anymore, or any Hostgator sites

Twins up 2-0
