Viciedo & Sale counted twice for differing roles.

I voted Morel for 3B, and Infante & Sale in the pen

I will go contrerian and say that Sale will be in Charlotte to start next year as a starter.

I agree.

Viciedo, Lillibridge and maybe Morel.

Sale will be up in July if they need him.

I voted Morel, Infante and Sale in the pen. I think Sale will be our closer (good or bad just a hunch).

I consider Lillibridge a non-prospect at this stage.

Relief Pitcher - Chris Sale

that's it.

Is it just me, or does Brent Morel look like Joe Crede at the plate? In his looks, stance, and even swing to some extent.

I see some similarities.

I voted Vicideo 1st base/DH and RP - Chris Sale.

I would like to see Sale start the year building up his arm at Charlotte, but I kinda doubt they'll do that.

The plan is and has always been to have Sale start in spring training and see if he can make the rotation. Kenny even re-stated that today in an interview on MLB.com

I voted Infante, Viciedo at 1B/DH, and Morel.

I think there is no way Chris Sale isn't a starter in some capacity next year.

Correct.

I voted Viciedo at first with Paulie leaving. I have a gut feeling he wants out of this madness.

I would have voted Morel at third, but I'm convinced we'll be seeing Teahen there. I just sense that.

I voted Sale as a starter, but I could see him being closer or closer by committee with Matt.

Putz looks like he's run his course and I suspect Bobby is gone for sure as well.

We need to save this thread.

What madness? The Sox are a good team with good players and management that seem to all get along. I think you are letting your fristration show by thinking Paulie wants to leave the Sox because of some perceived turmoil within. I see Paul Knerko being resigned as the team 1Bman and he should be. Next year is a new year which makes baseball so great becasue you are all equal on day one

The title says "farm hands," not "prospects."

Lilli is a farm hand trying to keep a MLB job.

He probably gets treated like Getz did. Both did their roles well and got sent away. I think Lillibridge stays though as a reserve IF'er

And frankly, I'm completely fine with that. He's got some speed, can play almost anywhere and at least appears to have really refined his swing.
