The question is if he's lost his bat speed and ability. Between the 2nd half last year and the start of this year, his bat is dragging.

They have enough prospects where they could trade for someone cheaper and better without giving up their main guys like Vizcaino, etc.

I think most of us agree with you on this. He'll be traded this offseason, there's very little doubt of that. With that said, starting pitching in our organization is more dire than ever after this season. If Sale can't transition into being a starter, we'll long for the days of Danny Wright in the rotation.
