White Sox (Humber) v. Yankees (Burnett) 6:05pm

Featured Replies

The sad part is, I really want Teahen getting more starts at third, as well more Omar at 2nd, and more Lillibridge in CF.

Ozzie better not let Humber start the 8th.

They should let Humber bat for Gordon.

And manage for Ozzie.

No thanks. Considering our pitching prospects for next year, I'd rather see if Humber can be relied on.

I didn't mean trade him.

My goodness. This offense is so awful right now.

Yes, it's comical. Never seen anything like this.

It's these decisions RIGHT NOW where I feel like we're always walking on thin ice. Personally I want Thornton for the 8th and Sergio in the 9th.

Jermaine Dye, Joe Crede, Carlos Quentin

it's also not nearly as easy to improve hitters as it is pitchers. With pitchers, you can add a pitch. What are you going to do with hitters?

I guess its easy to destroy them though....either that or Walker is just a master at doing so.

I really think he has pitchers of KW with a goat or something....I can't figure out how he keeps his job otherwise.

Keep him in the rotation

Does anybody here actually think the bullpen will hold the lead and the Sox will win this game?

No? Didn't think so.

I don't want to see Thornton anywhere near this game with his 2.4 WHIP

Sale coming in.

It's the right call, as Humber was getting some pitches up in the zone and I'm pretty sure Posada has a lot more power from left side.

Not only do i think the bullpen comes through...i think the bats get us a couple of runs in the 9th

I don't know who you drop.

that's hilarious and probably true

5 more to go.

If Sale holds through the inning, the Santos era will begin tonight...

Considering Peavy is probably a month away at best, I really think the decision will be easy.

Fans made a little noise after a triple digits pitch.

Trade Mark to an NL team.

Team performance will probably dictate it more, but I don't think you can justify starting Humber over any of the other five as of now.

somehow I think it will as well and the record of the team will be the leading indicator

4 out save?! Santos better throw the 9th!

I disagree...if he stays in the 4.25 ERA range, and given that Jackson/Buehrle are likely gone after this year, you have to find innings for Humber.
