The title says it all. The NCAA Tournament is in the Super Regional round this weekend and the first game (Mississippi State @ Florida with Frank Thomas on the call) is currently on ESPN2. A number of White Sox draft picks will be in action and all of them will be on TV if you want to follow these prospects. Here is the list:

And Snodgress promptly gives up a hit on a fastball right down the middle. Only threw 2 pitches, and now Snodgress is taken out of the game. He hit 91 MPH on the fastball.

So it's amazing looking at the stats for college hitters this year. After watching a few games today, I'd much rather go back to the "ping" bat days. This is a boring product now.

Yeah it could be frustrating to have those big offensives games, but it made the college game different. College baseball fans were used to it and grew to like it. The change is strange.

Johnson's pitching on ESPNU. Dallas Baptist taking some good swings against him, but his fastball seems to be a legit 92 mph.

Game starting now on ESPNU. Johnson on the mound, and both Semien/Krist in the lineup as well.

Krist just hit a 2 run bomb in his first at bat against the definition of a soft-tosser. Only his 2nd of the year though.

Semien shows tremendous hands by driving an inside pitch off the fence.

Johnson has displayed a really good slurve. His change-up is about 8 mph slower than his fastball, but it's been up in the zone.
