Why don't they just bring in Humber and move everyone up a game?

Oh s*** JFP rubbing some sort of ointment on his arm for super strength.

What are the blackout rules? I was wondering why the Cleveland game was being carried in St. Louis and not the White Sox game.

"Fox does what it wants."

I thought that too. My only guess is that Humber was warming up 15 hours ago.

1 run off this loser say it is not so!

Yeah, I saw that yesterday. I guess I don't know about pitching protocol to comment, but you would think the guy on 5 days rest (despite stretching out a bit yesterday) would be a better bet than the guy scheduled for his side session. It's one thing to throw on the side and another to throw stressful MLB pitches.

Buerhle headed to the pen

I think i just saw Peavy warming?

Per ozzie plan is for Bruney through 4 and Peavy to start 5.

Peavy in the pen. Hopefully Jakemeister can give us two or three innings and turn it over to the pen, or whatever is left of it.

You could have just read 10 posts before this where I said that Peavy was warming :)

What happend to danks?

Nice play by Gordo, excellent job by Bruney.

Pulled after 1 2/3, haven't gotten an update yet, but he was seemingly indicating it was a hip problem before he was pulled. Threw a practice pitch and they pulled him right out.

I can't believe mauer is so marketable.

It'd be really nice if the offense could help the pitching staff out a bit here.

Strained right oblique.

Dunn not looking so bad this at bat, hopefully he squares one up.

Decent effort at redemption for last night by Bruney. Really good job today, just not sure it redeems for last night yet.
