April 5, 201213 yr QUOTE (Nokona @ Apr 5, 2012 -> 08:12 PM) Morse is injured. Unless they wanted him out in RF? Morse going to play LF, I believe
April 5, 201213 yr Author QUOTE (Harry Chappas @ Apr 5, 2012 -> 02:04 PM) Adma LaRoche making the Nats look bad today. Two god awful at-bats. I know Morse is hurt, but that lineup doesn't look very tough for a supposed contender. Mark DeRosa??? Call up Bryce Harper now
April 5, 201213 yr QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 5, 2012 -> 08:15 PM) I know Morse is hurt, but that lineup doesn't look very tough for a supposed contender. Mark DeRosa??? Call up Bryce Harper now It baffles me how they neglected to get a 1B or CF yet traded a TON for Gio
April 5, 201213 yr CuBS lineup is bad. Soriano in cleanup...guy only hits HRs when nobody is on base. And he is really there only serious HR threat in the small ballpark named Wrigley. Dempster is their ace? And Samardzija is their #3 starter? CuBS better be in last or competing for last or I will be disappointed. What a crappy looking team. Stewart, Baker, Byrd....really?
April 5, 201213 yr Strasburg gave up a run to the cuBS. How embarrassing! Four of the five games right now are 1-0. Scoreless in Cleve. Is any team going to score two runs today? Anybody going to hit a homer?
April 5, 201213 yr Verlander at 108 pitches with two lefties coming up in the 9th wonder if he stays in the game.
April 5, 201213 yr QUOTE (Harry Chappas @ Apr 5, 2012 -> 02:32 PM) Verlander at 108 pitches with two lefties coming up in the 9th wonder if he stays in the game. I hope he does. I have him on my fantasy team and a 60+ point performance would be awesome.
April 5, 201213 yr QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 5, 2012 -> 02:40 PM) I hope he does. I have him on my fantasy team and a 60+ point performance would be awesome. Weird he's already scored me 88+
April 5, 201213 yr QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Apr 5, 2012 -> 02:41 PM) Weird he's already scored me 88+ Different league, different scoring.
April 5, 201213 yr QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 5, 2012 -> 02:45 PM) Jack Hannahan with a 3-run bomb, 4-0 Tribe. Great . Detroit with 2 runs and Tribe with 4 runs. Wanted to see the opposite. Marlins better win!
April 5, 201213 yr Tigers going to win a ton of games if teams pitch around Cabrera to get to Prince.
April 5, 201213 yr Author QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 5, 2012 -> 02:48 PM) Valverde's in. I hope he gets carpet bombed. He is so due for a major carpet bombing.
April 5, 201213 yr Author Papelboner gets the job done, Phillies win 1-0 behind Doc. Probably see a lot of games like that with their rotation & makeshift lineup.
April 5, 201213 yr Phillies won 1-0. Papelbon with the save. Thome did not have an AB. Red Sox score a run to make it 2-1. Please at least score one more run. More would be better.
April 5, 201213 yr Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. f*** you Valverde. Maybe don't dance around so much...
April 5, 201213 yr And Ross lines one right to Peralta... Valverde's lucky he didn't lose the game yet. Good to see him finally blow a save though. That lucky bastard wasn't going to save everything.
April 5, 201213 yr QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 5, 2012 -> 03:00 PM) Way to go Ryan Sweeney! Ex-White Sox dude! Thanks! No win for the Verlander. BS 1 (hopefully of many) for Valverde (guy had a career year last year).
April 5, 201213 yr Even if the Tigers walk off in the bottom half, a Valverde blown save is fine by me. Perfect last season, and blows his very first chance at a save this year? GOOD.
