There's already a minor leaguer that's 80/96 stealing bases this year. That seems like a lot.

The Cubs would probably aim higher than getting a future closer. I would not do that trade if I was KW (or Theo)

Hell no. Nate Jones is a luxury to have, but he's got a bright future as a power arm reliever.

They have been looking at infield prospects. But I have a feeling they wont get anybody major league ready for Dempster.
