St Louis is gross but nowhere near the cesspool detroit is. I mean nobody actually lives IN detroit. Everyone who says they do or are from there have never actually lived in the city of Detroit, mostly because its nearly impossible. St Louis at least have a semblance of a city that is habitable.

The buyout stuff is interesting. They won't do it, but you could make a very serious case for buying out Hossa so they aren't absolutely cap-f***ed in the final year or two of the deal when he likely doesn't play.
