May 4, 201312 yr Does anybody have any experience with Chondromalacia Patella? I've been having some moderate success rehabbing it by stretching out my quad and IT band with a foam roller along with just generally stretching out my leg, but I still get a slight cracking feeling in my knee when I bend it. Does anybody have any idea of what I could add to help the healing, or any idea of how long it should take for my knee to get back to normal, if it ever will?
