And clearly when I turn the game on the Hawks tank so back to the Sox game.

Hawks I guess think they only need to score in the first period the whole series then shut it down.

In the past two series our D has looked like the clear issue with the team, exacerbated by a goalie that rarely saves a bad defensive play from turning into a goal (last couple games in MIN series excepted)

The defense has looked lazy at times all season. Definitely need some changes back there.

Nope they look like they are one gear short of the Kings. In the last we've wanted it more than other teams, I don't see that now.

Absolutely brutal 4th goal on Crawford. That can't go in. It was absolutely soft. Period. f***ing back breaker.

 

The Gaborik goal is also one he should have had, and knew it. There's your difference in the game so far. Quick is making the timely, tougher saves, and has all series.

 

And yeah, the defense is playing this game like it's rat hockey. Also, good thing Q keeps trotting out Versteeg and Bollig. God this bottom 6 is so awful. You can't beat this Kings team trying to play 7 or 8 forwards.

 

Figure out a way to score one this period, win in OT. LA scores at all it's over.
