I may have been Sergio's biggest supporter. I was thinking about buy his shirt-jersey before he got traded. And Nestor sucks.

 

Though with Sergio's shoulder falling apart, it seems the only regret is not trading him for something better.

If I have to deal one of them, it'd be Santiago.

 

I'd still like to try and play the FA market and make a splash or two.

 

Signing Morales/Abreu and McCann would make a 3B like Gillaspie more plausible.

Honestly I don't know if the Mets need anymore starting pitching with Harvey, Wheeler, Gee and Niese. But yes I think I would do that trade.

You can now say that the entire pitching staff has been through the Sox system minus Purcey and Lindstrom. Possibly Quintana?

 

With only 37 spots occupied on the 40 man roster, Dan Hayes made it sound like Webb, Johnson, and Taylor Thompson would all be here shortly as well.
