8/31 White Sox at Red Sox

Go Peavy go!

Hope they realize Peavys leaving the ball up.

As football season begins, the weekend game threads get smaller and smaller.

Well, the hit and run turned into a run eventually.

Come on Beckham, gotta catch it at second!

AviGar ties it up with a single up the middle with 2 outs.

Man how good as Avi been?

Best trade Sox have made in awhile.

He'd be sitting on a 17 or 18 game hitting streak if it wasn't for that 0-1 in the game he hit his head on the fence and was taken out.

Ovah 7-2 Boston.

Now I can say I told you so even though I didn't tell you so at the beginning. I was worried about Danks against this Red Sox offense :bang

I see Peavy only walked one guy. Surprised he had 109 pitches in 7 innings only giving up five hits. We must have fouled a lot of pitches off. Looks like he had very little trouble against a team he knows can't really handle his stuff.

This getting clubbed by Boston is probably a good thing. Hopefully it'lll let management know we still need help offensively to compete against the best.
