My teachers a Cub fan...

Featured Replies

This semester should be interesting, in my World History class, we have quite a few Cub fans, and me and about 2 or 3 lone Sox fans. My teacher is pulling for the Cubs badly, however, I brought up the Tribune Companys 'ticket prices' thing, and he dismissed it as a normal thing.

Anyway, next time we get into a Sox Cubs argument, I'll be saying, Sox took 4 out of 6 from them, there's your stats.

Even better if the Sox win the pennant and the Cubs don't, unfortunately I'll be rubbing it in his face pretty bad, since he's a mindless Cub drone.

"Yeah, did you see the Cubs sixth inning last night, that was the best!"

Nevermind that Frank Thomas hit a Grand Slam off Roger Clemens, and lowly old Miguel Olivo hit a triple.

Imbeciles.

Good thing he's not your English teacher.

LMAO.

He's actually a really good teacher though, he uses other methods to teach us, he knows homework doesn't do jack for us, he knows notes don't do crap, so he uses fun, partner-esque methods of teaching.

He's a great person, my only complaint is he's a Cub fan.

LOL, the funny thing is that if a teacher at my school is a baseball fan, they like the Cubs. I don't know of any teachers at my high school that like the Sox. I'm in the minority as a Sox fan, but I'm used to it. It's just Cub territory where I live.

ahg... my geometry teacher is a packer fan... im gonna walk in the day after the bears beat the packers and start chantin BEAR DOOOOOOWN CHICAGO BEARS... damn packer fans :fyou

Yeah, those damn Packer fans are everywhere, i have to live with a Packers, Lions, and Bears fans as my roommates... And since im a cowboy fan, we get along realllll well

Go sox + #45!

Man, I go to college in Michigan, all the people here are Lions fans. When I say I'm from suburbs of Chicago, some people ask if I'm a Bears fan. I say yeah, they say sorry like being a Bears fan is a bad thing. The Bears are better than the damn Lions.

im gonna walk in the day after the bears beat the packers and start chantin BEAR DOOOOOOWN CHICAGO BEARS...

unfortunately, you might get to graduate before you get to chant...

Haha, sounds like my dorm floor. There are 7 Sox fans and the rest Flubbie fans. So, of course for the floor meeting I donned the "Sosa Cork Co." shirt.

I'm going to the game on the 19th of next month...Any chance I can get one of those shirts then? If so, where?

Did anyone see the sign the fan in St. Louis had tonight? "Cubs-o-meter 95 years and counting" .... LOL ... He was holding up and cheering during the Cards 4 run 8th inning. :fthecubs

Vendors outside of the ballpark walk around selling them. They usually aren't too hard to find.

I saw that. I tried explaining it to my brother, the typical know nothing Cubs fan, but he still didnt understand...

You can always tell a Cub fan....but you can't tell him much.
