After the year he had last year, I'm glad he is being rewarded for the good changes in his approach. If he started to change how he hit and was still terrible, then he'd probably give up on that and keep swinging hard.

Votiing was probably a couple weeks ago, and his overall season numbers at that point were not special. The all star selections aren't about prospect status.
