Kevan Smith up. WTF?

My thoughts exactly

He's going to have to play for both teams in the same half inning.

hayes said he is delayed till 9th inning. so is he going to hit and then stop the game so he can change into the giants uniform and then come back to catch lol

i guess that's him in the helicopter

Here comes the helicopter with Ferrell

they probably told kevan smith to roll over on one.

We should probably do a HR contest for the Sox opponents cause they are the only ones who seem to be able to hit HRs

I can't stand these announcers, they have no idea what they are talking about in regards to Ferrell.

Melton is so dense. He's got to catch, dummy!.

melton is clueless lol

There are people that get paid good money to tell these announcers what is going on......He has to catch

pretty impressed with the catching. better then i would have done

I bet MLB made him do that intentional walk. Too dangerous.

Not sure if they made him, but I already knew last night that he would DH for the Sox and catch for the Giants. Also earlier today they said that when he caught that they were going to intentionally walk the batter.

He actually made contact which is pretty impressive

Matt Albers might be bigger than Bobby Jenks, Colon or Terry Forster.

Nice to know we have a LOT more bullpen options in Ynoa, Cleto, Sanburn, Erik Johnson (looked the best I've seen him since 2013), Crain, Beck, Nate Jones.....eventually Montas/Danish/Rodon (if Carlos isn't starting...most likely he won't be in the pen, but you could easily envision Montas during the stretch drive.)

Those bullpen options you listed aren't impressive at all

Better than Carroll, Rienzo, Paulino, etc.

Of course, Bassitt probably would have had a role in this year's pen.
