I've listened to 2. It's fine. Just different from S1.

I wouldn't be surprised if Bergdahl gets 5 years for desertion. I can't imagine him getting life.

I've only watched 2 but did any soldiers lose their lives because of directly what he did? 5 years as a Taliban prisoner is something some people could look at and look at as punishment enough.

It's unclear. I think the problem is, people are quick to blame him for 6 deaths since his disappearance, but it isn't certain one way or another.
