Other than one article a few weeks ago, I haven't seen anything about healthy concerns. Could just be a to keep him fresh longer. Spring training is long afterall.

Also just noticed they had Quintana pitch in a B game. Danks and then Turner is the next starters pitching. Are they trying to hide Quintana too for cactus league games

Good. The longer they keep him out, the better. He was awful with the Dodgers last year.

I think the Sox are just going easy on Latos' knee for now in hopes the fluid issue eases up.

To be fair that article said he still had fluid on the knee and he might not be ready for opening day.
