Mark420JohnsWHAT
A source of mine has told me that the White Sox are aggressively pursueing Turk Wendel in the free agent market. My source, an intern who works in the front office, told me that the Sox are interested in the right handed reliever who can bring experience to a young Sox pen. santo=dorf
God I hope this is just a joke from a stoner. :sleep The fact that the Sox are supposedly "aggressively" going for a chump who was released mid-season by the Rockies is a warning signal for bulls***. witesoxfan
I say we get him for the sole fact that he promotes good hygeine. I mean, there is never a wrong time to brush your teeth.

He could teach Arnie Munoz and Felix Diaz how to perform in the clutch and help them with their stuff.

beck72
The Sox have been good about picking up guys from the scrap heap for cheap---Loiaza, Politte, Gordon. It's a low risk, high reward type thing. It couldn't hurt to get more competition in the pen. He doesn't excite me, I haven't followed Wendell lately, yet he could surprise
Rex Hudler
Sign him to a minor league contract and invite him to Spring Training as a non-roster invitee. Why not.

JoshPR
I know that Dude is probably a troll. But you know what I wouldn't doubt the Sox doing that. They seem to like the Washed up type 37 -40 yr old range pitchers. Just check out Mike Jackson.
Punch and Judy Garland
Will Robert Person be back from his Achilles' to get an invitation to Spring Training in 05? I know they were fairly stoked about him last year.
