Again almost everyone is missing the point here. It doesn't even matter what he said and if you think it was racist or not. TA and Donaldson are NOT friends. They are not even friendly. You don't joke around like that with someone your not friend's with. Donaldson has a history of bad blood with the Sox. He shouldn't even be yapping at TA. Why say anything? Like TA said he wasn't looking for trouble today. It was just Donaldson being a d***. And big ups to Yasmani for standing up for TA. Maybe this will be a spark for this team.

You joke around with friends. I guarantee you TA and Donaldson are not friends. Donaldson needs to apologize to TA face to face before the game. I would respect that. Then keep his big mouth shut and play the game.

TA wants to win more than anyone on this team. He is frustrated by how crappy everyone is playing but he is too much of a great teammate to say anything. I wish he would.

TA hates Donaldson. This won't be over for TA until he gets at least a couple good shots in. Last thing the Sox need is for TA to get hurt or suspended for a bunch of games. Need to get out of NY without that happening.

Ok let me change that to lately he has been hurt all the time.

Nothing better than when the Sox are playing good, competitive baseball. Had high hopes for this season, other than the fact the FO did nothing about getting a quality 2B. But the constant injuries and the team not hitting and just general poor, lackadaisical play all around has really been a downer.

What is Moncada's contract situation? Would anyone be dumb enough to trade for him?

Moncada has no love for the game. Since getting the big contract he has been hurt all the time. And when he does play he rarely hustles. Both him and Eloy need to be traded while anyone still thinks they have value.

If the Sox miss the playoffs this year and they bring back TLR at 78 yrs old they will lose a huge chunk of whatever fan base they have left. At that point they will just be a complete clown show of an organization.

I don't know if he has it in him but TA needs to become a vocal leader of this team. He can't be enjoying this right now. He is a competitive guy. Maybe if he starts calling some people out without actually naming them he can light a fire.

Hernandez is a gas can. If the Sox can't hit him they are in bigger trouble than we already think they are. In 6 starts his ERA is 9.11. In 26.2 innings of work he has given up 39 hits. His WHIP is 2.03.
