He just isn't worth that contract. That is the biggest issue. On a JR team....you can't have a top 5 paid player be a fringe top 50 player. It will never work out to get talent spread out and retained around the diamond.

Can hamstrings/calves be solely isolated to not stretching? or is this a combo of a shortened season last year and bad luck?

NO ONE is going to have pin point control anymore. Look at Gio and especially Cole. Cole may be a 4.5 Era guy the rest of his contract. IMO you HAVE to extend Lynn 2 years.
