  1. I was mostly kidding
  2. Ive had pnole’s blocked for about 6 months now and I’m mad at you all for bringing his analytically dishonest nonsense into my life again. big time data visualization is my passion vibes there
  3. Yeah sign me up for MLB Le Mans
  4. Also that Miami bus is barreling right into a hurricane...
  5. They kinda have to as long as the lag time is a couple days. One positive guy gets on a plane and suddenly you lose 60% percent of a team. If they can’t cut the lag times it’s probably time to bang it now anyway.
  6. Well he has been calling guys off who were already camped under the ball.
  7. It very well may end up that the number of innings Kopech misses by opting out is 0.
  8. Also seeing the Phillies tests have been clean so far. Really hope we don't have a problem with the Yankees now.
  9. Also Yanks/Phils canceled With the Yankees heading back to New York...
  10. Good on the Sox for keeping in front of things instead of deferring to a team group chat though, I guess.
  11. Yeah but it sucked because of baseball not anything else. That was nice.
  12. That first game was nice, but now it's just a constant reminder of how shit everything is instead of being a distraction from it, as predicted.
  13. It's hard to put a ton of blame on individuals when there are 15 different messages coming from up top. We were always going to be in trouble expecting Joe Citizen to fully understand the scope of this and take it upon themselves.
  14. This was back in February so obviously a different scenario, but I was coming back from ST and there was a couple who felt it necessary to mask up and immediately took them off upon getting into Midway. That was pretty funny.
  15. I think the subtext there would be "Please take the health aspect of this seriously, and failing that, yes no season no pay."
  16. This sounds awfully familiar, and far too many people don't take THAT advice seriously either.
  17. Anyway, F1 will be in England this weekend for anyone looking to scratch the sports itch
  18. I think they will, and it lasts maybe another week or two until they really have no choice. That is, unless it turns out the Phillies are also slammed. That could change things.
  19. Players have to agree to have their names put out there.
  20. We know that you're senses come back, and quickly with a sinus infection. We don't here. A sinus infection also doesn't have the knock-on effect of slamming ICUs and killing 150,000 people in a few months.
  21. Even if I (probably) won't die, I'd like to keep my sense of taste and smell at the very least, thx.
  22. The UK had 700 cases yesterday. The US had 50,000
  23. It would be swell if people did, like, at least 1 minute of reading about complications other than death. And if not, maybe have an ounce of consideration for the person standing next to them.
  24. I thought it was pretty obvious things were in trouble with what happened with Soto, but this was an awfully quick turnaround
