Jays lost their season high 5th in a row today. Not a good sign for this weekend. Look for a Blue Jay sweep and a death blow to any remaining chance of a Central title for the Sox.

Tigers win again and have yet another game with the Rays tomorrow. Sox looking at being 9 games back heading into Toronto who just lost their 4th in a row with one left in NY tomorrow. As much as I hate to say it I feel a sweep by the Jays and pretty much an official end to any chance the Sox catch the Tigers.

This is beyond ridiculous.

This team is done. They will finish at least 15 games back. They have nothing left in the tank. If you can't see that with tonights performance I have some land in East Gary to sell you.

And the Twins are playing without Hunter, Stewart, Ford and today Mauer.

My gosh MB has absolutely nothing left on his pitches. It's batting practice stuff. Can he be traded before people realise his career is over?

You can officially stick a fork in the White Sox. They are done in every way shape and form. And I expect the Tigers will come back late to beat the Tribe tonight. This season is in every way the exact opposite of last.

And just think, the Sox get to face Santana tomorrow. Can you say 8.5 games out?

Time for the big guns on this team, Konerko, Thome, Crede, and Dye to step up tonight. Huge game to get that game lost to the Tigers last night right back. Cannot fall any farther behind those guys. I always thought this team had great character and would stand up when challenged. Start showing that tonight!

Oz not taking any chances tonight. This was a huge game for the Sox. At the worst you wanted one of these 3 and only lose one game in the standings. Now you can start to think bigger.

Had to stop in and also give huge props to JG for stepping up tonight! Now the rest of this starting staff has to do the same fing thing!
